While we offer various hourly rate cleaning services, please keep in mind that we cannot assure completion of all tasks within the specified timeframe. Please be aware that extra charges may apply for additional hours, and we will always seek your confirmation before proceeding with any additional work.

Standard Cleaning Exclusions:
Ceilings: Please note that our service includes dusting of ceilings only.
We are unable to provide a guarantee for mouldy, damaged, worn, or heavily stained surfaces.

Exterior Windows Above Ground Level: Kindly be aware that our cleaning services do not cover exterior windows above ground level.

Carpet Cleaning & Hourly Rate Services: Please be advised that carpet cleaning and hourly rate services do not include a cleaner return guarantee.

Health and Safety Considerations: For the safety and well-being of our cleaners and sub-contractors, we reserve the right to refrain from cleaning any area that may pose a health or safety hazard.
